Can you guys add a "grab the gun" category for each alpha?

Timing starts with the normal game rules and ends the frame the gun appears in your hand

Could just be a fun little category for when you're bored or whatever

Alpha 3 example run:

There’s a gun in the alphas? Where is it

Alpha 1: hidden behind the number puzzle (Watch 100% speedruns for reference.

Alpha 2: In the shed behind the house

Alpha 3: Behind the gate in the keycard room

Alpha 4: In the room that was turned into the keycard puzzle in the full game.

Maybe like alpha 3 cuz alpha 1 you already grab the gun in 100% runs so whats the point

Alpha 2 same cuz you have the 100% category in category extensions also you would only need to walk and then grab the gun through the wall (yes that actually works)

Alpha 3 is good but if this is gonna be a category please just dont allow flings and it will be really fun

And alpha 4 maybe alpha 4 too but same as alpha 3, no flings

I personally dont think this category will be added since its pretty pointless because you only need to grab an item and thats it, also the reason why there is a shoot em up category in the full game is because there is an achievement on steam called shoot em up

Well alpha 2 grab the gun would be cool cause even if you need it in 100%, it'd just be nice to see how fast you could get the gun and only the gun.

Alpha 3 I know there is a sub 15 fling route that can be done.

Alpha 4 would be interesting as it's quite high but you can fling to it.

Btw you can get the gun in a2 in under 4 seconds if done perfectly

Also if ts is gonna be added I hope they wont allow flings and it will be more skill based

if this is any% then u can get the gun in a3 in under 15 secs imo

I plan for it to be any%, but if not then it'll be flingless or glitchless.

we have no plans to add any new categories at the moment, but they will be in consideration once we start adding some (if that ever happens).

If you guys do maybe remove alpha 1 cause it's basically 100%.
