This could be done in 2 seconds in versions less than 1.7.8 lol

The route would be (on preset 1): get the gas from the basement workbench, then go down to the car and fill up the gas by using the glitch that allows you to reach behind the trunk.

So I don't think there would be much room for optimistation? Unless the category gets split between Any% and Any% Glitchless.
