I know the game is new and the speedrun page for Good Job! got verified today but I want to bring up the question about the runs. I see that the current WR (Arca964's 1:51:09) is done in NG+ and I feel like that's odd as the 4th bonus room is only unlocked after completing the first 3. I just want to know why we play on a NG+ file of the game and not from a fresh file.

NG+ for any%, 100% from a fresh file. Sorry for not clarifying initially! I'll be sure that's corrected

Playing in New Game is longer because you have "unlock levels" animation. Playing in NG+ doesn't change anything else excpet the fact Bonus Levels could be done before all 3 "standard" levels.

It has been discovered that items can be dragged from one level to the next, and this can only be done in new game plus. As such, a distinction will be made on the leader boards between the two.

Also, in order to prevent any set up off-timer in NG+, the start time in the rules will be changed. The timer will start from main menu as soon as you press play. This change will be made in NG, NG+ and in 100% runs for uniformity. This change will invalidate all existing runs, and for that I apologize. The game is very new, and new things are being discovered. I am hopeful this will be the only time we will have to invalidate existing runs.

I've left your run GreenSnowDog up on the leaderboard, it's under the misc options for co-op New Game run. Realistically, the new rule only ads a loading screen, so it adds anywhere from 5-7 seconds. So I'm not invalidating your run over that.
