I think that we should have more creative names than speed glitch and level skip, also I keep having to type skip and it’s unoriginal. So we need to name 11 glitches;
Level Skip (Clicking continue really fast)
Skip Save (Clicking continue really fast but it stored the skip?)
Speed Glitch (Using boxes to make you go really fast)
The Other Double Jump Speed Glitch (Double jumping into the ground)
Bolt Glitch (The level 6 fan or whatever the center can move you)
Laser Immunity (If you go really fast into a laser you can bounce off it)
Flying Glitch (By spamming jump you can some times get a double jump and if respawning while either an object moved to where you died before you respawn or spawning in a wall you can just fly)
Out Of Bounds / Partly Loaded Vehicle (If you go out of bounds the parts the leave the screen will loose their hit boxes, but don’t go entirely out of bounds you just freeze)
Respawn Glitch (When moving really fast you can actually not trigger the right checkpoint and respawn somewhere else, you can also just normally respawn in the incorrect position)
Stuck Together (If you move fast or have a lot of force beside you, the bots car and yours can join together and get sent in a flying spiral and you just hope you escape)
No Proof; but on level 14 with the single wheel hit box but also the jump still (one of 5 different types of hit boxes) I have been able to go through the wall right after the starting spike things.
This is a needed thread. Let's see if we can get proof videos for each one. I'll try and work on some names too.
I’ll make a much more detailed one later but we honestly need to figure out how some of the glitches work first. I have a basic understanding but idk how to consistently do them.
A decent amount of these glitches are speed related, because the game runs in 24fps (default speed for flash games) but the engine collision detections can't keep up with it. If numbered, I'd say numbers 6, 7, 9 and 10 are in this category. Here's my video proof of glitch #10 and a plus glitch which I don't know if it has been included already .
By "other double jump speed glitch" which honestly isn't very help of a name, the second video you shared is what I meant. A better explanation of the glitch is that when you are falling onto the ground the game rotates the guy inside the vehicle to change determine what way is upside down and right side up. Because this game is based off of riding walls and the roof the direction you just is based on what direction is up relative to the person inside the bike. So the game checks for two conditions; is the person on a surface (this does not mean touching, they need to be on the surface, which is a little harder to define so I'll try and come up with a better definition later) and the second condition is what way is up relative to the guy. And so if the ground is up relative to your guy and you're on the surface, what way to you jump, you jump into the ground. The same is true for diagonally, since the speed is a vector we can split it into is vertical and horizontal parts and all the vertical speed goes into the ground so you are left with all the rest of the horizontal speed. Since you're supposed to be able to jump while driving, it add whatever your initial speed was plus the speed of the jump, meaning you can get a giant boost of speed.
