questionable runs

not sure if ther's an easier way to do this type of thing, but could you invalidate my three WR runs. i've been informed running them on espx can be pretty inaccurate. the other 2 phoenix league runs shouldn't be a problem

Well, I'm putting here the twitter thread just because : https://twitter.com/REBORNShima33/status/1112798903257239553

I feel bad removing runs for settings optimizations but it is obvious that the loading times gaps are obviously influencing times. Plus, I'm also using eSPXe emulator with the original CDROM but my loading times are accurate to what I remember when I ran it on my P1 and to Shima's & Stanislaw0's runs.

You're the one asking it so I'm removing them now, I'm glad we can keep this friendly.

Now, we need to agree on a rule so as to keep this kind of problem away from us. I'm open to have a talk and receiving ideas.

I'd say ePSXe be banned outright unless you have the original disc. ePSXe's inaccuracy is notorious and deeply-rooted; it's a problem that other emulators (Mednafen, Bizhawk etc.) don't have.

i've got the original disc at home, i'll try a run using that and espx to check it's accuracy when i get a chance.

One other way i can think of that might remove the problem altogether though, is if the time is taken as total race time (according to the in game clock), given that that should be consistent for everyone. It also shouldn't affect any current standings.

ran the disc through espx and it seemed to run slower. i'll figure out the numbers later, but the run was almost 25 minutes (without too many mess ups)
