What you can't do:
Pulse boosting Tilting Going Out of Bounds Item duplication Deloading Areas Aiming through walls Clipping through walls. Wallboosting/Running up walls.
Anything else is allowed
Theres only a few i know of Upgraded kinesis on chapter 3 to skip gondola transport and runnin to grab both switches, Theres some fast ways to kill the tenticle arms before they grab you idk if youd consider those skips or not, and theres 1 in Ch 3 I actually wanted some clarification on, but in Ch3 you can do the Gyro Skip "in a sense" but you have to stasis the railing and run over it >onto the ground< instead of onto the next railings. Theres also 1 I actually don't know if works for PC yet cuz im the only person to do it so far and i did it on console but its Chapter 5 Quarantine Trigger Skip
