As of 4/20/22, IL leaderboards for the Classic game mode are now available!

While I'm not sure how active these will be, I decided to introduce them as another way of speedrunning this game if you don't have a lot of time to run the full game categories.

That being said, this will put a lot of strain of the moderators of this game in order to maintain a good pace in the validation of runs, so what we are strongly recommending runners of this game to do is to frame count their runs before submitting them to the IL leaderboards in order to help cut down on the validation time.

If you are unable to do this for any reason, please include a link to a download of the video of your run in order to help with the fast frame counting of your run and in turn the fast validation of your IL run.

I hope you all are as excited as I am to submit runs to the IL leaderboards!

After more thought and consideration, I've decided that all runs can be done on any speed, and they will all share the same leaderboard. After a bunch of testing, it was determined that High speed can only provide a benefit if you're good at playing on that speed. Otherwise, it is more of a hinderance than anything, really.

That being said, I will be editing the rules to remove the speed limitation and players can now perform runs on any speed.

Hopefully this helps to spark some more interest in this game!

As of today, the timing for when runs end will be when the virus counter on the last level of that category hits 0. This was done because it is a much clearer indicator of when the last virus is cleared, rather than when the actual last virus is cleared.

It can sometimes be hard to determine exactly "when the last virus is cleared* when using the old timing end. Does the timing stop immediately when you slam the last pill onto the virus and it begins to clear? Does the timing stop when all of the colors that matched that virus are cleared?

When using this new timing, I have found that it is a much better indicator that there are zero viruses left and it is a much clearer way of timing the end of the run.

Hello everyone!

Due to what is going on on other leaderboards that I am a part of, and due to it being the norm for a lot of leaderboards now, comments on runs are now disabled. This is to keep the sanctity of this leaderboard and to help combat the possibility of any trolls or nefarious individuals from being able to hurt anyone on this leaderboard.

In addition, while I was changing this setting, the original URL no longer was allowed on the Edit Game page, so I was forced to change the URL of the game to something else. I changed it to dmorx because it is short, and still identifies what the game is when people go to the leaderboard. It is unfortunate that this change had to be made, but I have to go with what the site was allowing me to do. Sorry for any problems or unforeseen consequences that might happen as a result of this change.
