Finally, a deathless run!

There are still some mistakes here (Tetris was pretty bad, for one, and I lost a few seconds in the meteor room of final stage), but deathless is a huge deal since most deaths cost 30+ seconds.

Note: This was run on version 1.0.6.1, prior to a patch which sped up the final boss.
