Discussing obtaining games illegally (pirating) is not condoned on SRC. I would recommend deleting that.

Emulators are totally fine, but you need to have the physical game legally.

I agree with @AlexisDR, Stealing other games IP/Property is illegal, On SRC They don't promote nor endorse people to steal (Pirate) the games.

You can either get a lawsuit or be sentenced to prison for a long time by the company! (Unless you own the game legally)

There is a legal loophole around having roms without owning the physical games. When say Nintendo sues a romsite most of the time they'll lose because the Rom site will have text saying "The Best Site for the Preservation of Games." Like Vimm's Lair. They never explicitly say to download our roms and play them. Also, when you see a emulator or a rom download video on YouTube most of the time they'll say in the video that this is for educational purposes only, or they'll have that in their description.
