same game settings as the previous WR holder - loading from a turn 1 save as it makes restarting faster when the run goes bad so you don't have to enter the settings in the loading screen every single time. this does not change anything about the run, it still starts on the same frame/turn 1 as you would if you loaded in from the settings.
