It would be a great and interesting category for people who are bored of speed running the 1 Million Cookie Category. Here are some reasons why it should be added.

1. People can discover more different routes to get the quickest possible time that is following the category rules.
2. People are just bored speed running the 1 Million Cookie Category because it's very easy to obtain. (I don't know why I added this twice)
3. Many people can get this very easily but also really hard for people that just started speed running CC. (Cookie Clicker)
4. There MIGHT be a way that you can just click faster than scroll clicking, then it would be easier to get 10 Million Cookies. (Sub 15 possibly?)
5. The community will like this category as it's just fun and exiting to do.

It's ok if this doesn't get added, this was just a suggestion for a new category.

Yes but it's much much more diffficult than 1 Million Cookies

i think there might be a reason to add it but it seems to small to be considered hard and to considered to easy in comparison to hardcore

why support that I see no reason for it

@RubyLight Hardcore is WAY harder than 10 million cookies, in hardcore you need 1B cookies without the store upgrades. 10 million is 100x less than 1B cookies. But its much harder to get 1B cookies without store upgrades.
