When jimmy gets out of his house to go to his family the narrator blocks you, but somehow in runs they just skip him somehow

In every run I have ever done, the narrator does not block the player at all when getting the the radio. Once the dialogue starts from clicking on the radio, you can't exit the cemetery until it finishes.

I am not entirely sure where it blocks you but not before you get inside the cemetery.
