Hello Speedrunners! I am making this post on behalf of MPRGG! We are pleased to announce a speedrunning event featuring a $400 prize pool!

This events focus will be lowering the categories time as much as possible!

Anyone is welcome to participate and compete for the prizes! We hope this will be a fun event and that we can give back to the community this way!

Category: Geri, Clear All Rooms, Hellish

Dates:

• Starts, Tomorrow, September 23rd 2024 at 12:00 AM / 00:00 EST

• Ends, October 6th at 11:59PM / 23:59 EST

Prize Pool:

1st - 200$

2nd - 125$

3rd - 75$

This prize pool is generously provided by MPR and ContrabandOnly, we will work towards delivering all prizes to the winners after the end of the event. Please note, the primary method of payment will be via PayPal, however if PayPal is not a possible form of payment we can discuss other forms of payment or transaction, as we do hope everyone will be paid for their efforts.

Rules:

• All Speedrun Category Rules Must Be Followed

• Runs for the event will only be accepted during the event’s time period, meaning previous runs will not be applicable for any prizes

• Runs submitted past the event’s end will not be accepted for a prize

We are opening a new discord channel for this event #sr-challenge for all of you to post you PB’s, WR’s, and to talk to other runners about the run and event!
