Run using Nestopia v1.4.4, with a Wii Guitar Hero guitar as the controller.

• The strum bar controls left and right
• 1st fret is Up, 2nd fret is A (jump), 3rd fret is B (punch/sub weapon), 4th fret is Down
• 5th fret is not used.
• Select is the wide Star Power button and Start is the tiny + button next to it (cycles sub weapons)

Wanted to try and beat this one before Big20 #20, and was able to close out a sub-25 after training the Joker fight a bit! It's not optimized for sure, but since not being able to beat this as kid it felt good!

Time starts at 00:09, and should end at 22:39 on Joker disappearance, making this I believe is a 22:29.
