Hello, in this video: at timestamp 1:23 1st prize appears in that hallway. However, when I tried multiple times to replicate this run at a similar pace, 1st prize did not appear in the hallway. Do I need to do something so 1st prize spawns there? Or is it just rng? Thanks

It's RNG. In BBCR, You can't easily change where 1st_Prize wants to go. So there's almost nothing you can do if it's not willing to go there.

1st prize will wander around if he does not see you, if he does he will turn toward you and push you until he hits a wall, you use the boots, or baldi catches you. so its pretty likely that he is rng based
