This one is a grindy mission. Not sure what the actual trigger is for the enemy reinforcements. I initially thought it was related to the destruction of enemy production buildings (does not appear to be the completely the case). I suspect the bottom right Machine Wokshop may be part of it. Better pathing and time should be easily obtainable.
