This is an old video, ignore download location in the video and get it from the Resources tab here instead. This video also only uses Llanfair, whereas current versions of AntiTimer support both Llanfair and LiveSplit. This text guide covers setting up AntiTimer with LiveSplit as it's the much more widely used timer now. However, AntiTimer comes with Llanfair bundled, so you don't have to download any extra timer if you don't already use LiveSplit - in that case you can just follow the video setup.

Intro

Antichamber does not use an autosplitter script directly within LiveSplit due to the differing completion conditions/locations for each category. We have our own external autosplitter program called AntiTimer, which can be obtained from the Resources tab here: https://www.speedrun.com/antichamber/resources (AntiTimer Redux)

First Start

Download the AntiTimer jar file and run it. If it doesn't run, come ask in the discord for help. It's likely you just need to reinstall java or repair a broken jar association. If neither of those work, you can try running the jar from the console by:

1. Open Windows Explorer to the folder with the antitimer jar file in it.
2. Hold Shift and right-click in an empty spot in the folder.
3. Select "Open powershell window here" (or depending on your Windows version, it might say command line or windows terminal rather than powershell)
4. In the powershell window, type in: java -jar antitimer-0.2.6.jar Replace "antitimer-0.2.6.jar" with the current filename, and hit enter.

After running AntiTimer for the first time, it will ask you for the location of Antichamber's exe file (UDK.exe). The default location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Antichamber\Binaries\Win32\UDK.exe
