mod note: retimed, please note however that you need to wait until the spinning animation thing ends and only then end run, it's made for accurate rta retimes. First warning whenever this happens again run will be rejected.
Changes to the rules
Time now starts when the level first appears into sight instead of when the control menu disappears. The resetting method is still valid however (and better)
