Downpatching Guide (Repost)

1. Find the manifest of the version you want to download. The Relative Date is associated with when the update was released. In this case, powerlocked doors would be in [

2. Press windows key and r.
3. Enter steam://open/console into the prompt that comes up.
4. Enter the command: download_depot 2551020 2551021 <manifestID>. Enter the manifest of the version you wish to download into <manifestID>. For example, downpatching to any previous release such as one with powerdoors bug would be

1. Wait for it to download. This may take a while. Once it is downloaded, it will give you a prompt (a message in the console) saying, "Depot download complete."
2. To find the files, navigate to your Steam folder and go to Steam\steamapps\content\app_2551020\depot_2551021
3. Right click on One-Armed Robber in your steam library, go to manage, and then click browse local files.
4. Delete all of the files under the folder: Steam\steamapps\common\One-armed Robber Make sure to not delete the folder itself.
5. Alternatively, you can rename the folder so that you can up-patch to the current latest whenever. Just make sure you rename the folder named depot_2551021 to One-armed robber
6. If you went with the former, just deleting the files, drag all of the files under Steam\steamapps\content\app_2551020\depot_2551021 into the now empty One-armed robber folder.

You may have to repeat this a couple times if Steam decides to automatically patch you to the latest. You can circumvent having to repeat this multiple times by making the downpatch into a zip file that you just extract whenever, after installing the downpatching (and for simplicity sake, renaming the folder to One-armed robber). Just make sure to get rid of the folder named One-armed robber in steamapps\common\

How to unlock everything

1. Go into your Steam intallation Folder and open the "userdata" Folder

2. Open the Folder "905732189/„your friend code“/remote/"

3. Use "https://www.saveeditonline.com" to edit the files "76561198865997917Cash.sav" and "76561198865997917Level.sav"

Installing OAR Helper Tool

Click a "Select Key" box and press any key on your keyboard to assign it to that feature. Enable the keybind using the "Enable/Disable" Button next to it, clicking it should make it turn green. The Enable/Disable feature will tell the program if it should check for your key presses. So you can disable every feature and type normally without having to close the program.

Now the tricky part is the Monitor ID. Single-Monitor Setups can simply use 1. If you have 3 monitors, for example, you would need to set the Monitor ID to a number between 1-3 and run a macro, to see on which monitor it runs. This Monitor ID is not the same as in the Windows Settings, you will have to try between 1 and the amount of monitors you have to find the correct one (For me, XeventoHD, Monitor ID 3 makes the macros run on my primary screen).

# Skib's Ohioan Save File Max Skills Guide

## Step 1: Downgrade to the Right Version

You'll need to downgrade to the following version of the game:

This version is the most "skibbidiest" for skills because it's the original. In this version, you can research multiple skills at once (you can't do this in the new Ohioan version that came from Mississippi). Trust me, this is super important for the next steps. Yes, really.

## Step 2: Open and Close the Game

Just to be safe, open the game and then close it right after. This ensures everything is properly initialized.

## Step 3: Find Your Save File (.sav)

Your save file will be located in your Steam directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\RANDOMASSNUMBER\2551020\remote

If you're a true Skib, just find it yourself. In the `userdata` folder, search until you locate the `2551020` folder (this is the game number for *One Armed Robber*). Inside the `remote` folder, you should see a bunch of `.sav` files. If you don't see many, you're probably in the wrong folder.

Now let's move on to getting you some money.

## Step 4: Add Money to Your Save

Look for the file named `STEAMIDNUMBERCash.sav` and upload it to [SaveEditOnline](https://www.saveeditonline.com/).

Here, you can edit your money. Go ahead and give yourself like 10,000,000—yeah, that should work.

## Step 5: Replace Your Old Save

After editing your save, download the new one from the website and replace your old save file with the updated one.

## Step 6: Start Researching Skills

Open the game (make sure you're still using the downgraded version, not the latest one). Start researching all the skills you want.

## Step 7: Close the Game

Once you've started the research, close the game again.

## Step 8: Max Out Your Skills

Go back to your save file folder and find the `STEAMIDNUMBERLevel.sav` file. Upload it to [SaveEditOnline](https://www.saveeditonline.com/).

Now, you can edit the skill values:

- Change everything that starts with `Tier_` to `3`.
- Change everything that starts with `Progress_` to `100000`.

## Step 9: Finalize Your Skills

Load back into the game, and you should see that your skills are nearly maxed out. However, you'll still need to complete about 10 quick heists to fully "Skib" them. Once that's done, you'll have your fully compatible save file!

Make sure to save the game so you don't have to go through this process again.
