A few runs later I think I've come to a point I can be happy with.

Duplicating the potions went fairly smoothly this time, so did Act III. The fights in Act IV were also both decent.

The "Game Time" is used to track the in-game time (duh), but is not used for timing, just to keep track of the restock time. The autosplitter would need a bit more work for it to be usable for IGT timing.
