Good job on finding new routes guys! Uhm, now we have many RNG factors in the run... but I guess sub 11 is (barely) possible with this route, awesome.
Moving lamp and severed head into the 8x section is 5-10 seconds faster, as reported. This does add a little more RNG to the run.
However, moving neon into the 8x section is not helpful, and it's better off being used as an "unglitcher" after glitched medamaude warping after demon, say.
