General tips:

Wado's notes are highly worth reading; they're more thorough than mine, and he's more experienced at the game than anyone
This run involves a ton of strategy and has an insanely high skill ceiling. However, you will get good times just by learning opponents' decks and AI, relying heavily on your beatsticks, and grinding for good luck on Tier 3 and DarkNite. Don't get discouraged when make mistakes during duels, and try to avoid resetting before Tier 3

How to read this guide:

"Tristan 0" means I do the following edits before the first Tristan duel. So "Simon 4" is before the final duel, etc.
For removals, parentheses indicate the card's slot in your deck. So "Shadow Specter (3)" means you need to go down 2 to remove it
For adds, parentheses indicate the number of inputs required. So "Jirai Gumo (4/7) means 4 Start+right, then 7 left. I don't include numbers for up/down inputs
LCF = low-cost filler. This includes rituals, Fake Trap, The Unhappy Maiden, etc.
Beatstick fillers are drops with 1000-1800 ATK and a decent attribute, or <1000 ATK Light drops

Notes on drops:

If you get a really good drop, such as Crush Card or Dark Elf, try to adapt and add it immediately
You can simplify some early-game drops by removing a card of equal cost. For example, if you get an Hourglass drop (13 cost) from Mako, remove Morphing Jar (also 13 cost). You can often remove cards that have 1 more cost, but be careful with your edits
It's probably worth putting in a bunch of Pyro drops for Weevil, but the deck editing is difficult and it doesn't save much time
