The DS release and the Wii release are simply different games. This is how I would organize them, as seperate releases:

Victorious: Taking the Lead (DS) Any% Tori% Jade% 100% (involving beating both Tori and Jade runs)

Victorious: Taking the Lead (Wii) Any% 100% Rex%

To clarify, I have beat both the DS and Wii versions, which is where I get this intel.

Sounds good to me, but this game only has 1 moderator, so it might take a while
