For tutorial, since it was designed for 16:9, and not 21:9, when you start the game, the game shows up a little bit on the side. I can provide a clip if needed, but since you need to do very specific things to even get widescreen working, I wanted to confirm it was allowed. ty! (i havent asked this before, since i just recently got a widescreen monitor, so i havent done any runs on it yet.)
I don't use discord sadly, I could upload some clips on yt and link it if that'd work (so soz for late response, was on vacation)
It also provides an "advantage" when it gets to the part where you do actual rounds, since you can see a little farther
the ability to see behind the intro movie is fine, since anybody can audibly hear themselves moving around (not to mention it's a nonprogressive enclosed space). however, unlike stretched res and as you pointed out, widescreen alters your fov/zoom level, so we'd have to disallow it, as it provides that advantage over others. i'll add it to the game rules, thanks for the info
Patch 9.02 has brought the addition of a replayable tutorial, a much requested category for many eons. However, the Spike Planting and Defuse scenarios have also been removed. We have archived these categories, as they are no longer runnable, and they can now be found under the "Show miscellaneous c
