I want to submit my run, but i dont know how to edit my splits. i could not find a tool for that on Splits.io, and i dont know how to measure the milliseconds in between the tracks. Can someone help me?

I want to Speedrun Trackmania Turbo but they require timing without the Loading time. I play on console (PS4) how do i time without loadingtime?
