sorry to necro that threat, is there a new solution to the curiosity problem? Just noticed the rules state again "No more than two players, both must submit video (unless AI used) No Curiosities may be used". Could anyone explain to me, how i can use AI in a no curiosity run? No matter what i try the bot will always have curios ingame.

Hello, since a played some Darksburg in the past weeks i thought about submitting a run, but i got some questions regarding the use of bots as team mates. As the rules suggest you might play with a bot as duo mate. "No more than two players, both must submit video (unless AI used) No Curiosities may be used" Even when i select no curiosities for the bot, once ingame it will get random curiosities. Is there a way to prevent that from happening, is it an oversight that you are allowed to use ai in this category or doesn't it matter as long as you don't have any curiosities selected for the bot before you start the run? sry for the late reply, i kinda gave up on this topic :) when i did my run a year ago the ps4 wr vod was still online and looked legit. also my run is done without text skip and should be beatable, but i can only speak for pc version.

The rules for this category do not mention any lobby settings. So can we choose the settings? (duplicate champions, armory, etc)

Same goes for the key card. I tried to use the key card since it is less dialogue than triggering all the switches in the factory and without skipping text this saves a lot of time. As a comparison I tried the switches and the factory took me about 20-30sec longer, but I arrived at my house at nearly the same time, without the need to talk to the card again. So rope + key card save a lot of time.
