new guy

i'm here now, my goal in speedrunning is to get top 10 in a deltarune category i guess, my pc is trash so i will probably only play 8 bit or 2d games for the most part

The rules say that the timer only resumes after the first movement, so I'm wondering if I can look around, without moving my character and still have that count as a load time (not counting boss loads).
