Sorry about that, the use of savestates are allowed for practice and for level runs. E.g. Starting any level on any save state is valid. However, in a full game run you must start from a game reset and you are not allowed any save states during the run. Hope this helped:))

I think adding IL’s for every platform could be a good addition. Especially for practice and figuring out theoretical times for 1-9 rounds and other full game runs. Pac-Man is a perfect game for IL’s since the previous rounds have no effect on the RNG of the current round.

Would it be possible to have a speedrun for each level? The timer would start when jumpman could move and end when peach was saved heres a run i just made

There appears to be no speedrun as for the original bomb jack on the arcade, wondering if someone can make one or something

I'm just inquiring about Bump 'n' jump speedrunning. It appears all the runs for this game are the NES game nt the arcade. Im wondering if there should be a different leaderboard between the NES and the arcade game.
