When doing splits for 32/48 tracks, can we just split at the cups or do we have to split on every course?

I use msplit on my android phone, and I enter my runs on my iPad, I don't stream cause I can't record videos for that long, and I have no other way to submit my runs cause I have no working computer.

Are there any alternatives for this?
