Responding ultra late i know but better late than never lol. Thats something called Quick Swap, by keeping pressed the button to use an arcana thats in cooldown and hitting the inventory key you can instantly swtich that arcana for the extra one in reserve. The only place that tells you this ingame is Tomi in the versus lobby lol
