what are therules on pausing for bathroom breaks and such in runs such as lvl 80 run?

when doing a levels run if you create splits for every level category are you allowed to use a lvl 80 run with said splits (lvl 2, lvl 5, ect) to submit for more than one category?

how were you able to skip through the cutscenes so quick even before a normal skip option point of the game?

is the rumble match at the end of showcase required for an all objectives run?
