Hello! So looking at the last few WR attempts it looks like the strategy for both USA and USSR is just a straight all out attack on Europe. While, at least according to current game knowledge, this provides for the fastest Any% time, it's a pretty stale strategy requiring a ton of rerunning until a dream hand is drawn.

I think this game could see a lot of life with a new category that is limited to only wins via VP track +20 (europe control not counting). This would make for a lot of interesting strategy since players would be forced to pick which regions to prioritize and come up with their own strats for the fastest way to bag 20 vp's.

Also, rules for that category should reflect US+2 as that is the current accepted balance for ranked games.
