The website speedrun.com is a collaboration website for holding a website of many speedruns. Its sole purpose is to bring us together via the website to display runs; and/or we all are all friends with each other. So where did we go wrong .. ?
Sufficed to say this could of been avoided. We all know the damage that this game can and is causing to the youth. I am 23 going on 24 this month and I am afraid of losing my mid-twenties to grinding out a 2:04. I will wake up the day after I get the 1 in 200,000 run and wonder where four years of my life went... hint hint the answer isn't Ohio Fold 'Em. It's this game right here.
I been in rendezvous with the head honchoes over at speedrun.com website and we've decided to banish this leaderboard starting very very now. It is time to move on and go outside and breath-a-freshair to stop playlolin.
I hope you understand the plea: GET RID OF THIS GAME! Turmoil awaits you if you continue down the dangerous path.
I'm sure many of you have noticed that I've left this game open to having runs put on the boards without being verified. I do manually go through and recheck every full game run and many IL runs. There has been a large increase recently in IL submissions, but I would still like to leave the boards open otherwise I just know they'd sit in the queue for ages. I do catch a lot of mistakes, but I don't catch all of them. Please use this thread if you notice a run that needs a closer look. Thank you <3
I don't want to name names, but @goobert what were you thinking when you approved @RadicalMacaroni 's speedrun of Bowl%?

It is clear to anybody with 20/160 vision or better that the cereal being scarfed down is CHEERIOS. The light, fluffy nature of the cereal gives a competitive advantage over anybody following the rules of the category, which state you must eat CHEX cereal. If you must keep a TAS up on the leaderboards, please make a separate category so we can have fair competition in the categories that matter. Thank you.
Option Menu -> Set Cash -> Elizabeth -> 74 or lower Place Token -> Elizabeth -> Up 4 (chance spot) -> start game Elizabeth start -> roll snake eyes. Might be faster.
It's probably not going to happen.
Smartalec has 2 runs of each category, but only 1 is linked to his account. They can be deleted. You can also assign his IL runs to his account by individually editing them and resubmitting them.
okot's runs don't start on level 1. They shouldn't be allowed. Check the discord, everyone's agreeing
I don't believe 114% is ever displayed in the game, and it does seem arbitrary to name it as such (though I believe it was from the irrational 200/175). I'd like to propose renaming 114% to just "200 Strawberries", as it would be easier to understand (I see questions about the current name a lot) and it implies full completion of the game to unlock the gold berries anyway. Rules would be able to stay the same.
Any%: Don't collect any OCD blueprints in The Dump. Only REL, RS, and MM are built now. Skips collecting, assembling, and using the Octopus Climbing Device.
All Gadgets/100%: Skip climbing the wall. Shoot both pairs of pants from the OCD skip fence with the binoculars, and stand under the beehive and shoot with an egg Skips some backtracks and climbing the wall.

Should I retime all runs (that have videos) to include the normal RTA timing of each of the 6 games and make a total combined time of the runs and list it under an ingame-time column? By default, the runs will be sorted by real-time, but it could prove useful in some cases to display both an RTA from game 1 to game 6 as well as total combined in the run, especially if breaks are taken. From this, runs could be sorted by "ingame-time" manually if you choose to see it displayed that way.
I know that on the NES version, the framerule that Mario starts moving on is determined by when the console is reset. Is that the same case for the SNES version, or is it dependent on when the game is selected, when the file is selected, or when 1 Player Game is selected? What should I set my delay as and when should I begin the delay?
What categories should be added? Is there a 100% possibility, and should we split any% for barrier skip? Runners give thoughts here pls
