So Any% involves beating the game from a fresh file, which includes the cutscenes, sometimes having to grind for blips/blueprints, etc. I think there should be an NG+ category in which you go through the four levels (Communications, The Armory, The Study, Frazzer's Room) from a used save file, it'd be a more fast-paced category and cut off a ton of time from Any%. More beginner-friendly as well IMO.

I can't get the World Record component for Livesplit to display the WR for the run I'm performing. I check the "variable" box inside the layout but it still won't work. How do I set it up correctly?

Since a collection of N64 games is being added to the Switch Online catalogue, what will the Mario 64 on Switch go as? Virtual Console?

I think it should be pressing "Ok" at the first recipe in the menu. Starting from the home screen makes 0 sense and would give everyone the same amount of offset time.

When we try doing it on Baldi's Basics +, it only shows one of the versions at a time and we don't wanna switch between them.

Why is this game on Speedrun.com? This game goes directly against Speedrun.com's game rules, where no PvP games are allowed, as well as no online games where the run depends on what type of players you get. Shouldn't this be removed?

For those unknowing, the full Baldi's Basics is going into early access on June 12th, 2020. All categories have been removed from this board and moved over to https://speedrun.com/baldice .

They've been moved into a "2018 Demo" category.

These boards are not being used until June 12th, 2020 when the full game releases on Steam. Any submissions for this game (that aren't people who got early access to the game) will be automatically rejected.

I made this in a reply to one of the posts on this page, but I felt I should express it in greater detail.

Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of different bots advertising their products or companies on speedrun.com. We log in to SRC specifically not to see these advertisements.

In one of the games I moderate, Kindergarten 2, there was one for a Persian Chuck E Cheese called “Bazisazan.” I’ve been looking for more since I saw that first one. I found another one within a 24 hour span in the forum post that I made the reply in.

Note that this was the MOST RANDOM FORUM POST YOU COULD GO TO. It was created more than a year ago. This can’t be just some troll, nor could it be a person doing this. this has gotta be a bot.

I don’t know what’s making these companies think this is free advertising turf, but it’s not. I feel like the mods should do something about this, and if it’s already been noticed, then I apologize for reprimanding.

Penguin has greenlit a new idea for a category extension I have, but I want the community’s input.

My new idea is “Multiple Hypixel Minigames”. Such as winning multiple games. One example with be SBSGUHC. Where you win one game of Skywars, Bedwars, Survival Games, and UHC in a row.

Will the Oculus Quest be added to the platforms? It has less horsepower than the other headsets, so it would count for less frames possibly.

So, we greatly appreciate when someone posts a thread saying that there are falsely verified or rejected runs, or even fake runs. But, if you want to report a run then please either contact RyanGames, Me, or Penguin on Twitter or Discord. If you go to each one of our profiles, you can find our different usernames and handles.

Also, if we rejected your run due to rule breaking or impossibility, we expect you to handle the situation with maturity and civility. We don’t really give a shit about your rank, nor how many games you’ve played. If you are toxic while talking to us through a thread, we will just lock it and leave it at that.
