i have been searching all over the place and ive found nothing. im just confused because most of the top ten runs seem to have it off somehow. im running sodium and cant find an option there, ive just been using optifine so long i thought it was a vanilla option lol. so i loaded up my first world and pressed the sprint key one time and said nooope... anyway basically it makes me car sick and if i cant find a way around it i cant run 1.16

also i was wondering if there are any allowed run timer datapacks im using live split and i dont like it very much.

#1. Am i allowed to edit gamma in options text file? There seems to be conflicting info on this topic

#2.is it 100% necessary to live stream the run? I get entirely too nervous when live streaming runs and would love to just record the whole process if possible.
