It's not stated anywhere for some absurd reason but we require (or at least should require) all runs to be capped at 60FPS and modifying game files for a run is super frowned upon. It's totally possible that people would accept your run but if you don't want to make waves just download the free version of dxtory and run D3D.
This is a version of a known bug called a HESS. We don't know how to make it happen in Dungeon Quest but we can almost force it to happen in other levels of the game.
here's a video with specific downloads set up to let you play the games out of the downloaded 'box' however if you're attached to the versions you've downloaded you can try the following: Fix 1 (Most likely fix): -open the shortcut properties -there should be a path that links to the executable in quotations, after that put ' -w', ' -win' or ' -window' make sure there's a space between them Fix 2 (Maybe a fix): -change the compatibility settings to an earlier version of windows, such as vita or 98 Fix 3 (Last resort): -try both together, if not, just download from MaxG's video
I believe you should be changing you user.ini file in ~/Documents/Harry Potter II/game.ini I also believe that since there are 2 fields with "debug" you need to change either the second or last one.
run livesplit in admin mode, if that does not work I don't know what to do
you don't need splits, having splits just helps other runners and if you look in the submit section there is no ¤ by the split field
hate to promote illegal things, but if you go look up a crack of the exe, it should work, and let you play without a disk
I have seen many notes that the European, namely Norwegian, is the fastest version of this game, how would a person with an American copy use a European version of the game?
