may or may not have found new a strategy in "room" 4, I'll have to keep you all posted on whether it's reliable or not.
You learn something new everyday, I'll look over it when I get the time, thanks!
Is there anyway to get someone to make an auto splitter? Or some kind of in-game timer?
Sub 2:40 is possible, but it'll be pretty hard to get.
We're not sure if sub or 2:40 on the dot is possible, might take thousands of runs. But I got a 2:42 coming your way.
Aha, okay. I thought you might have figured out how to get an auto splitter and was curious.
Oh, also! How did you get your timer to mimic the in-game timer? Cause I think we might need to get into milliseconds soon.
Congrats Evanatorgamer! Let's see who gets 2:45 or lower first :D
Can you still submit runs if you have the "Trials of Fear" version?
I'm pretty sure that's it too, because I tried with you just standing there (as a test, you do these things) and it pushed me off the platform instead, I just went under it. So I'm pretty sure it has to do with the hit-box getting smaller or something to that effect.
I want to try getting in contact with one of the developers, but I'm not sure if that's going to happen or not.
You have to line up the moving platform with the green moss, and then jump when that happens while holding to the left. This video shows how it works;
If you fail the jump and hit the TNT you'd have to restart the run to do the glitch again, or you just move on and do it the normal way.
Figured out how to do it reliably, but it has to be done with platforms. However, you only have 1 chance.
Especially if it can be done without platforms. You could get crazy times just zipping through terrain. XD
If you go frame by frame in my recording after 1:07:20, I think it's because I jump to the right and change directions near the apex of the jump. Combined with the fact that the platform was moving up and the stage in the flip I was in, it pushes you through terrain; I could be wrong though.
I think you're right Heliotay, it's almost like you have to land on the platform at a specific time in the flip and it pushes you through the TNT.
It's at the end of the 2nd room, I think it has something to do with the flip in mid air.
