Technically, both categories are campaigns so, they should normally include all of the levels, but since these are bonus ones they won't be mandatory. Annotations are added to the Full Game leaderboards, from now on your submissions will include whether they include the bonus missions.

In addition to these two bonus levels, I just learned that there's a secret mission named "Hound Dog" in the Operation Common Resolve campaign which is only unlocked by opening the save file "df2plyrs.sav" apparently. Referring to the description of a video (source: ) ...then you have to look at the first 10 lines. When you find any line with this parameter: 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00, just change the fifth 00 to 01, so the line reads 01 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00. I haven't tried these missions myself yet, but this one can be added to the leaderboard as a subcategory alone or it may be included as "Secret Mission" as another annotation in addition to the "Bonus Missions".

Regardless, I suggest the runners just enjoy the routing & running rather than caring about the leaderboard itself.

When I did runs I didn't know about these two levels being unlocked by award. There're two runs on the leaderboard probably didn't do them aswell, so I'd leave to runners' choice whether they want to include them in their runs. If I knew I would do them too since it's full campaign.
