Is pressing L+R+Down C-stick allowed?

So I do my speedruns with the Wii disc but on the WiiU console. Does that count as WiiU or Wii?

I finally uploaded my video to YouTube to get a link to be able to get on the leaderboard :D...problem is...it took me 3 hours just to upload the video on YouTube and it was just a 1-8 video! And I have to upload it from my phone so I have to keep it on and I can’t leave YouTube for 3 hours! Are there any other places where I could get a link for my video because this is ridiculous...if there are none...looks like I’ll have to keep my phone on for an entire day whenever I try to do any of the big categories...

If I can't make a video, what is the bare minimum of evidence I need for both single levels and the full game? Also, the only way I can time myself is with my phone. I know this is a pretty inactive community, but I really want to start speedrunning Sarge's Heroes.
