TITOL Guide (P+Gless)

Before the run starts, get to Stage 15 and then go on to another tab. Hit the credits button before you get started.
Stage 1: Walk off the platform and jump in midair (optional but saves time. This goes for every stage apart from the pipe hop stages and stage 12.) Hit the button and go to the end pipe. 
Stage 2: Same as stage 1 but your left and right arrow keys are reversed.
Stage 3: DON'T hit the button. Hold up and right before the level starts to do the pipe glitch and let go of up after doing a second jump.
Stage 4: Spam click at the pipe in the transition.
Stage 5: Do the pipe hop until you're above the button and hold right the frame you hit the button.
Stage 6: Hold right until you float into the corner then jump.
Stage 7: Fall onto the first set of spikes below you and hold right until you're above the button, wait until you fall onto the button then hold right to the end of the level.
Stage 8: Jump about 5 frames after you fall off the edge of the first block and then hold right to get to the end of the stage.
Stage 9: Make sure to have your mouse on the left side of the screen, click to jump then slide your mouse along quick enough to land on the button, then slide your mouse across so you go into the pipe.
Stage 10: Land then hold right and jump once so you get to the edge of the platform, jump again to land on the platform next to the button, hold up while you move forward to continuously jump as you land on the button platform, jump off the button platform and carry on moving forward and occasionally jumping until you get to the corridor to the pipe then hold right and up to the pipe.
Stage 11: Same as Stage 1. Panic if you mess up or run into the spikes if there are any ahead of you (you can't press left here).
Stage 12: Land and hold right.
Stage 13: Hold right and spam left as quick as you can.
Stage 14: Do one jump to the button then go to the pipe.
Stage 15: Do the pipe jump.
Stage 16: Same as Stage 1 but you have to hit the button 5 times instead of 1.
Stage 17: Exactly the same as Stage 1.
Stage 18: The blocks fall under you. Make it to above the pipe and let the blocks fall under you. (You might have to press left and right a couple times to make the blocks fall.)
Stage 19: Same as Stage 1 but it stutters so you inch forward.
Stage 20: Same as Stage 1 but the platforms are invisible.
Stage 21: Every other block flips your gravity. Be careful that you don't miss any platforms or hit the ceiling spikes. Pipe hop from the start and stop on the second block of the button platform.
Stage 22: Jump onto the very top platform before the pipe then go into the pipe.
Stage 23: The T, F and H keys move you instead of the arrow keys.
Stage 24: Do the pipe jump while holding CAPS LOCK.
Stage 25: The gate opens every 10 seconds. Do the pipe jump here to get to the gate a bit quicker. (The best cycle right now is 2:00, but I think 1:50 is possible if someone masters 13 or me and ThatPizzaGuy discover a new trick)
Stage 26: Do the pipe jump and just pass through the gate.
Stage 27: Read the top of this guide. If you've done that then do the pipe jump.
Stage 28: Same as Stage 1 but zoomed in.
Stage 29: The gate closes after a certain amount of time so get there as quickly as possible.
Stage 30: The lights go out as you go right.
Controls: Arrow keys, mouse, T, F and H.

This was posted by me in resources a while back, but I thought it would be better here. Plus some strats have changed since then.

Basic Strategies 


The Stage 4 Glitch: The stage 4 Glitch allows you to complete most of the stages in a matter of milliseconds. To perform it, you simply keep holding down the mouse after you beat stage 4 and drag it for every stage except 28. 

Pausing: Pausing is the most integral part of any%. After you beat a stage, the timer keeps rolling, unless you pause the game. For the first 3 stages, beat the stage with one hand on the keys and one on the mouse hovering over pause. Complete the stage, then try to press pause the frame you beat the level (or as close as you can get it). After stage 3, select the pause button with tab and, while performing the stage 4 glitch, rapidly pause and unpause using space/enter once every level so that it will complete each level in a fraction of a second each (in-game time). 

More Complicated Strategies 


Stage 4 Glitch Optimization: When you perform the stage 4 glitch, don't just use space to press pause. Use space and enter at the same time. (It might take a few taps, but it'll work.) This will let you complete the stages in only .05 seconds each. (This is, so far, the lowest possible time per stage. 

Stage 28: The strats for this stage have evolved from when I started running this game. When I started, I thought the most optimal way to beat it was to do it legit, but since then, the helpful DHA has completed a run using the stage 4 glitch. It seems to be completely random whether you get it or not, but something he said to do is hold right while you're dragging. I have successfully pulled this off once. That tells you how frustrating this can be. Good. Luck.

Early Stages: The average time the timer should read after stage 1 is about 1:40 (one, of course, being seconds.) The fastest time I could ever reach completing stage 1 is 1:22, so that's god time. Here is the method I use for the first two levels: As the elephant is being dropped from the pipe, start moving before he hits the ground, but not immediately, then as the elephant bounces forward from the ground, it will let you jump after hitting the ground. This lets you get to the platform extremely quickly. This goes for stage 2 as well, albeit reversed controls. As for stage 3, all you really do is hold up and right as the stage starts, but before he hits the ground let go of up and keep running forward to the pipe. This, combined with precise pause clicks, will achieve a very fast time in the first 3 stages.
