Anyone have any suggestions on what the best settings are for using a Framemeister with a V.Smile (PAL) console? Would love to get this wonderful game looking as crisp as possible.

Try seeing if settings people use for the SNES or Sega Mega Drive on the Framemeister gives good results since all three are graphically similar enough to maybe work well.
