Unstuck is a game mechanic that cannot be ruled against for glitchless runs, if you take exception with that, you should get in touch with the developers of the game for how it has been implemented.
The red grass wreck has a gap in collision that goes from in-bounds to in-bounds. Exploiting that is not considered a glitch, as the game just lets you access that area in that way. As opposed to other gaps that go out of bounds, which are banned.
