Due to the difference between Android and iOS devices, IL runs will now start on the first black frame after selecting a level and will end when the options bar appear at the bottom of the screen. All the runs will be retimed.

Besides, for the future Full-Game runs, timer will be stopped during the menu to make the runs fairer. Feel free to submit the time with "loads", I will personnaly retime runs w/o loads.
