I have a 120% save file for spyro 1 but i dont have the dash or ability to fly around. How do i enable this i cant find anything for it online.

It's a glitch called Level Storage.

There's also setup for Gulp if you need or struggle with Ripto. It based on Metro/Icy speedways but more common because used a lot during Spyro 2 Any% and 100% runs: Skip to 1:45:58 if you want to see exact inputs and Metro and then Icy showcases of how it works. Can be done before doing NG+ runs as well.
