This route is based on my first completed run (1/16/2023) on v1.0.3
 
Reverse engineering the run:
 
To beat the game -> you must win Decasportathon -> you must get to Isle Del Deca (and have S license) -> Use an IDD warp in Coyote Outpost OOB via landmines -> Get to Coyote Outpost -> Get to the Wildlands and buffer through trigger -> Get train ticket to Royal Gardens -> Get to and beat stealth section -> Talk to Moon in mall after beating Purestrike Links Tourney -> Trigger plot progression to Purestrike Links Tourney via activating and winning Moon's mission in Mall OOB -> Get to Mall OOB via Lens store box trick (also use it to get S rank license if necessary)
 
Actual run walkthrough:
 
Always hold X to skip through dialogue as fast as possible.
 
[Sunburn Shines 1]
Leave beach via hopping onto curb or buffering
 
[PureStrike Hotel]
Talk to concierge to unblock elevator
Leave hotel via buffering (or go to sleep in bed to avoid buffering now and later)
 
[PureStrike Mall 1]
Do mall run with Calliope for experience (can be skipped but you only get 1 shot)
Go into Len's store, buy Len's putter (tutorial is optional, can gain exp here)
Use box trick to get OOB from Len's
Get enough punch tickets to upgrade to S license
Get back inbounds, go to License shop
Get License, upgrade to S
Leave mall

Buffer past red gas
Complete cart mission + cork mission
Leave Britannia
 
[Sunburn Shines 2]
Buy wedge from Sandy shop
Do missions until character can pull club
Pull club
Leave beach
 
[PureStrike Mall 2]
Go OOB from Len's store again and get to Moon's mission
Beat Moon's mission (can redo by talking to invisible character)
Talk to Moon until story progresses

Win cricket match

Get detonator
Cross back on rope ladder

There are 2 alternate routes for the start of the game prior to the PureStrike Open, here I'll give my preferred route which avoids Britannia

Sunburn Shines 1:
-Leave straight away, by jumping onto the curb at the bottom.

PureStrike Mall 1:
*Grab money from flowerpots throughout the mall*
-As soon as the flag minigame starts, talk to the mall lady and start again
-Grab all 10 flags going clockwise, and wait for time to expire outside Len's shop
-Enter Len's shop and buy the putter
-Do the first of Len's putting tutorials
-Leave the Mall

PureStrike Hotel 1:
*This is necessary to unblock the elevator later on*
-Talk to the clerk
-Buffer out of hotel

Sunburn Shines 2:
-Go up and left and buy a sandy and a wedge
-Go right and give a sandy to coach
-Go right and try to pull the club out
-Go up right to do the balloon challenge on the jetty
-Go back and pull the club out
-Leave via the curb again

PureStrike Mall 2:
-Go to Len's and do the box clip
-Go down left, talk to the bottom person and get 10 punch cards
-Head up, then left around 2 rooms, then down left to find Moon's mission
-Moon's Mission Tips:
 - RNG based on wind as to whether it is possible or not
 - 1st, 3rd, and 4th shots need some component of up wind to be possible
-Head down and talk to moon twice

PureStrike Hotel 2:
- Go down the elevator and buffer out of the hotel

PureStrike Mall 3:
-Head up left to the licence center
-Follow guides to upgrade to a S rank licence
-Leave the Mall

PureStrike Links:
-Bottom right of the map
-Play the PureStrike Open:
-Faster to play par 3s and 4s, retire out of par 5s in the water

PureStrike Hotel 3:
- Go down the elevator and buffer out of the hotel

PureStrike Mall 4:
-Go to the right of Len's shop and talk to Moon
-Leave the mall

Brittania:
-Enter Brittania (top right of Mall)
-Buffer through red barrier and head up
-Head right and buffer through the green barrier
-Head down right until you see a punch-card challenge person
-Press pause and A at the same time to enter their mission, then fail the mission
-Head down out of the room, then follow this route to get the power orb:

-Take the power orb back
-Talk to Stirling Silver outside predator's prison near the beginning of the room
-Buffer back through the green barrier to find the pro shop in the top left of the room
-Play 9 holes of golf
-Play holes 1-4 and hole 9, void out on holes 5-8
-Head to the top-left room and talk to the Baguettes
-Beat them at French Cricket
-Go into the Silver's house (next to prison) and watch the cutscene
-Buffer through green barrier again and go up until you find Jett
-Talk to her
-Head top right and go into the computer house
-Talk to the scientist until you make tea
-Head back to Jett and deliver tea
-Head back to the top left room for the Cricket match
-Talk to Jett on the left of screen
-Head to the middle to play cricket -1m20s timed event
-Head to the middle and hit the bin over the Baguettes-wind has to either be sideways or forward

PureStrike Hotel 4
- Go down the elevator and buffer out of the hotel

Whistlington Station + Pelican Waters
-Go up to the world just on top of the train
-Talk to Mrs. Silver
-Exit into Pelican Waters
-Go down across the bridge and left to houseboat man
-Talk to Lara on the world map

-Iron Dragon's Hideout
-Match 2 lots of dynamite as you head down right
-Head top left to the chest to get the rope ladder
-Go down then right until you find the red container and get wire cutters
-Return to the start, cut the fence, then enter the building
-Hide in a locker, then get the keycard from the bin
-Go to the roof and talk on the intercom
-Head back to the boom gate, dynamite and then open the gate
-Head down then right then up then left and cut the fence
-Upgrade your keycard in the building
-Then open the boom gate in the building below
-Go down to the red container and get another rope ladder
-Head back into keycard building
-Go onto the roof and rope ladder to the next room
-immediately exit, head right and GONG
-Go left and cut the fence
-Head into the locked building, go anticlockwise to get the rope ladder from the chest, then open the door with the blue keycard
-Go onto the roof and go to the next building
-Get the bomb from the next building
-Go to the left building and get the detonator
-Head right, cut the fence, and open the container to get a battery
-Head back to the yellow keycard room and upgrade your card
-Open the boomgate on the right
-Head up and give the goods to lara
-Follow the next rooms in linear order - after opening the roller doors only enter the leftmost one
-After being caught, the green keycard upgrade is inside the locker in the cell
-Enter PureStrike HQ

PureStrike HQ
-Find 5 pieces of evidence:
-One is in the leftmost room
-One is on the left side of the big room
-Two are on the right side of the big room
-One is in the room down and then furthest to the right
-Go back to the boardroom - you passed the entrance on the way to the final evidence
-Leave the HQ in the bottom leftmost exit, catch the helicopter

PureStrike Hotel 5
- Go down the elevator and buffer out of the hotel

Wildlands
-Go up and catch the train to the royal gardens
-Go up and enter the Wildlands
-Buffer through the barrier - this one is a pain and is a decent time loss if messed up
-Follow the natural path and go onto the trainline
-Follow the path below to enter the decasportathon:

Decasportathon
-Literally dont do any of the sports except cricket (#2)
-Wherever you can use the putter as the fastest way to "quit out"
-Time ends on the fade to black after being on the ship with the queen
