It has taken a while, but the sub40 is officially done! I'd like to thank all the top runners of the game (past and present) for contributing to various strategies that I have utilized in my run, in order to optimize as many sections as I possibly can. I am doubtful that a 38xx run will be achievable without new strategies being found, but I am happy to let this record stand as it is for now.

I now await better runners to keep pushing the time lower and prove me wrong about the 38xx goal! :)
