It depends how fast you perform the underground section. A fast 379 will result in the framerule save.
ok thanks, I usually get a fast 379 if I screw up the 380, but don't like to reset it so often there when I'm just starting out.
Honestly if you're just starting out I wouldn't recommend resetting even if you lose the framerule. No need to try to be perfect so early on!
yeah that's true, just want to get comfortable completing the game at this point, just wondered if it mattered because in kosmics sub 5 tutorial he was showing 380 tips with no fpg.
If you're just starting out... A 379 is a good number to aim for in the underground. Until you have a sub-5 I wouldn't reset as long as you got the 379... It's just 0.35 seconds different (and sometimes the exact same) and if you hold out for only 380s you'll end up wasting a lot of attempt time on resetting runs that could have still been low or sub-5 with the 379
Whatever you decide to do, if you want to reset, if you don't get 380, if you reset if you don't get framerule, if you don't reset ever, just have fun with whatever you are doing
