Amy is essentially a slower Sonic with more consistency. The only worry in Palmtree Panic 1 for Sonic is mitigating his bounce height to hit the second badnik in the bounce combo at the end of the level. Amy on the other hand, simply has to Double Jump the moment the vertical line of rings at the top of the screen are off screen. So she has an easy, consistent 22 second time, every time.

This isn't meant to be a WR route because using Sonic's tricks like bouncing on the badnik to go over the shield box, and rolling down the hill after running through the hollow log are still the optimized, faster tricks for this level. But Amy can just breeze past these obstacles with consistent efficiency, and since she's new, people need to see the unique tricks she has. : )
