How to beat tax office chief in latest version:

In 1.039.99, you cannot attack some character directly like tax office chief, which make speedrun harder.

For those who didn't understood
 At 00:10 he teleports to the hospital
 At 00:18 he performs the boy-girl glitch (mass spam boy and girl to go through the window)
At 00:22 he pressed talk button (with the one with the photo), talk and you're clever
 At 00:23 he pressed talk button (with the one with the photo) and pressed carry
 At 00:24 he presses menu, system edit, and deactivates enemies (by clickin on EnemyON), click Game Setting and click on Momo-Gumi inside
 At 00:32 he presses action (to activate the switch)
 At 00:36 he repeated what he did on 00:23
 At 00:46 he pressed action (to release the tax chief)
 And At 00:51 he pushed the tax cheif to take one last damage before getting the achievement
