Recently, there was interest expressed in having individual minigames be represented on the individual level boards, and after the community talked a bit and learning of the power of Score Mode (which makes things a bit easier), it has been decided to go through with it! This is the result of two days of hard work.
Previously the IL boards were just the 15 days, with Any% and 100% categories. This has now been changed to include a good majority of the minigames. The 100% category didn't make sense to still be there, so it's been demoted to being a subcategory for the 15 days. You won't see it when checking the IL board, you will have to click on the individual day and then go to the respective category and click through the subcategories to see them.
Like what was said, there's a good chunk of the minigames added. Some weren't so lucky, as they were pretty much autoscrollers (ex: dance minigames), so they had no reason to be on here. Some minigames kind of fall within the same realm, but with the restriction of being only doable in Story Mode for it to be valid, thanks to Score Mode making them endless and doing them for, y'know, score.
Speaking of the modes, there's now a variable for the ILs to signify what mode you were playing in when doing the IL. Story/Score mode is obvious, but there's a Time one as well. Time is used for the bunny hunts when playing through the Time Attack mode in Score Mode, which is great cause it gives us definitions of when time starts and ends for the first person shooter segments. Story/Score runs for the bunny hunts will have to be manually retimed.
One last thing to note, there's now actual, clear, and detailed rules put in place for all categories and the game rules, which wasn't the case prior. Now you can see what exactly is legal and what isn't!
Thank you all for reading, and happy running!
